Expand Remote App Server Pool for SITS Live Remote

The SITS Live Remote change was successful.

Users must connect to the VPN and login to AppsAnywhere to download a new SITS Live Remote .RDP file.

The SITS Live Remote change has been rescheduled for Thursday 8 October, during which time the service will be available but at risk.

Once the change is successfully completed, users must connect to the VPN and login to AppsAnywhere to download a new SITS Live Remote .RDP file.

This change is to allow the expansion of the RemoteApp Server Pool.

While we don't expect any issues, sometimes unexpected things happen. We'll update this post with progress.

A slowness issue was identified while making changes to SITS Live Remote. Our team are currently working on a solution and will update this post when ready to proceed.
