This issue is now resolved and performance returned to normal.

Recovering

The server reboot is complete and early indication is that performance has returned to normal. Monitoring will continue tomorrow morning to ensure performance has fully recovered

As part of ongoing investigations, a server reboot will take place at 8pm this evening, the reboot will result in a loss of connection for anyone using SITS at this time. The service will be unavailable for approx. 30mins.

A further update will be posted following the reboot

We've had reports that some people are having issues with SITS.

We're currently investigating the issue and will update this post with progress.
