We have worked with the vendor to resolve the issue which previously prevented payslips being issued. The system generated the payslips late yesterday afternoon and are now available on OneUniversity. On your payslip this month, you may notice that you have two credits showing the Cost of Living payment, and one debit linked to the Cost of Living Payment. This is due to an update to ensure it was costed to the right account. You will have received the correct amount in your pay. Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We have a technical issue affecting the production of the January pay slips, and we are working with our vendor to resolve this as soon as possible. Please be assured that your January salary, including the cost of living payment, has been paid into your bank account. Until your pay advice is available, you can view a summary of your salary by logging in to OneUniversity, clicking on the My HR & Pay tile, and then the MyPay tab.
