OneUniversity Annual Upgrade (Finance and People)
We are pleased to inform you the OneUniversity (Finance and People) upgrade has been completed, and normal service has resumed.
We have identified a minor issue for Finance users accessing saved views in ‘General Ledger Balances’ where the ledger selector is not appearing. We are investigating this with our vendor, but in the meantime we advise users encountering this problem to refresh your browser to resolve the issue.

The work is underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
OneUniversity will be being upgraded between the evening of 30 October 26 and the morning of 2 November 2026.
During this time the service will be unavailable.
The upgrade will ensure the university is on the most up-to-date version of the software, and that we have access to the latest features and functionality
While we don't expect any issues, sometimes unexpected things happen.
