We're aware of an issue with students logging into SEAtS mobile app. SEAtS have hopefully resolved the issue now but we continue to monitor.

Students may have to clear the cache in the browser on their phone prior to logging in to the SEAtS mobile app.

Here's how to do it for Android and iOS:

Android Procedure: Go to Internet Settings. Navigate to Personal Browsing Data. Scroll down until you find Delete browsing data and tap on it. Check the option for cookies and site data and tap Delete data.

iOS (Apple): Open Settings. Scroll down and select Safari. Tap Clear History and Website Data. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data (usually in red).

Students should contact their school office to get their attendance update in the meantime.
