To confirm, the scan-to-email functionality is operational across the managed print estate.

We are aware of issues currently with the "scan to email" functionality on our managed printers.

As a workaround, the "scan to one drive" feature can be used.

We're currently investigating the issue alongside our third-party supplier and will update this post with progress.
