We are pleased to inform you the OneUniversity (Finance and People) upgrade has been completed, and normal service has resumed.
We have however identified an intermittent issue viewing and engaging with some screens linked to the use of Firefox. As we investigate this with the vendor, we advise you use an alternate browser when using OneUniversity until further notice.

Work will commence at 18:00 today (Friday 31 October) and we expect normal service to resume by 08:00 on Monday 3 November.
To support this activity, please ensure you have logged out from OneUniversity no later than 16:00 today (31 October) by closing all active browser windows where OneUniversity is open. There will be no access to the system during the upgrade, and you should not attempt to login to until you receive email confirmation the upgrade has been successfully completed.

The OneUniversity (Finance and People) upgrade remains scheduled to take place the weekend of 1-2 November, with work commencing 18:00 Friday 31 October, and being due for completion by 08:00 Monday 3 November.

OneUniversity will be unavailable whilst the upgrade is underway, and users should not attempt to login until email confirmation has been received, advising the upgrade has been successfully completed.

In partnership with TechnologyOne, we will be upgrading OneUniversity, during which time the service will be unavailable.
This upgrade will ensure the university is on the most up-to-date version of the software, and that we have access to the latest features and functionality.
Whilst we do not expect any issues, unexpected things do sometimes happen. We will therefore update this post with progress to keep you informed.
