The Main Library DTS Service Point will be closing at 3.30pm on Friday 1 August 2025. We will reopen on Monday 4 August at 9am.
If you have an issue you wish to report, please log into our Self Service Portal and raise a ticket by clicking on the 'Log a ticket here' option. You can also check the progress of logged calls and find answers to common queries from within the Portal.
A member of the team will endeavour to get back to your on the next business day.
For popular IT topics such as your account and password, MFA, or connecting to Eduroam, you can also check the University website for guides to see if you can find what you are looking for.
