Our print service has stabilised and users are able to print , however we are not yet declaring this incident as resolved.

Engineers from our Third Party Partners (HP/Apogee) and DTS Product Engineers are continuing to monitor.

Further update will be provided at 5.00 pm today (Thursday 14th).

Some users are able to print , however others are unable to do so ( and this is intermittent)

Engineers from our Third Party Partners (HP/Apogee) are working with DTS Product Engineers on restoring this service as a priority.
